Who May Qualify?
To qualify for the AFC program, the member typically needs to meet the following criteria:
Age Requirement
Must be 22 years of age or older.
MassHealth Coverage
Must have active MassHealth coverage.
Qualified Living Setting
Must live in qualifying community-based settings
Personal Care Needs
Requires assistance with daily personal care activities.
